The fireplace has been inspected and tested to function normally. The heater/fan assembly in the fireplace has been replaced due to an imperfection in the fan causing excessive noise. Note there is a small dent at the rear of the fireplace, which is not noticeable once the fireplace is installed. See images and video for condition.
